LETTERS OF REPRIMAND AND ACCESS TO FILES. (The following will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provisions related to Letters of Reprimand and Access to Files that existed in the Hospital’s expiring collective agreement:) Any letter of reprimand or suspension be removed from the record of an employee eighteen months following the receipt by the employee of such letter or suspension provided that the employee’s record has been discipline free for such eighteen (18) month period. Each employee shall have reasonable access to his file for the purposes of reviewing any evaluations or disciplinary notations contained therein in the presence of the Employer. A copy of the evaluation will be provided to the employee at his request.
