Length of Workday. 15.1.1 The professional work day shall include but shall not be limited to the student day, professional development time, staff meetings, preparation time, parent and student conferences, and IEP, 504 and Student Study Team meetings, Back to School Night, and student supervision. Normally, the required on site work day will average seven hours, inclusive of a ½ hour duty free lunch.
