Common use of Legibility Clause in Contracts

Legibility. Bids must be legible and of a quality that can be reproduced. All bid submissions must be typed or printed in ink. FORMS: All bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid document. Changes to the bid forms made by bidders shall disqualify the bid. Bids cannot be altered or amended after the submission deadline. LATE BIDS: Bids received after submission deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
