Any employee who requires a driver’s license, PAL or ATC for the performance of their duties who has their driving license, Possession and Acquisition License or Authorization to Carry, is suspended or revoked by Government agency or proper authority, shall be given the opportunity to perform alternate work for which he/she is qualified. The Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the movement to such alternate work but no new work will be created and no other employee will be laid off to accommodate this employee.
