Common use of Leave for Jury Duty Clause in Contracts

Leave for Jury Duty. Any employee called to serve jury duty shall receive his regular pay in additional to the compensation received for ten (10) working days of jury service. For jury service exceeding ten (10) work days during one (1) jury term, the employee shall receive the difference between his regular pay and the compensation received for such jury service.
