Common use of Landlord’s Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall observe and comply with the Building rules and regulations which are in effect on the date thereof (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "E") and such reasonable amendments and additions thereof as Landlord may, from time to time, promulgate. Landlord shall not be responsible for the non-performance of said rules and regulations of any other tenants of the Building.

Landlord shall not be responsible for the non-performance of said rules and regulations of any other tenants of the Building, but shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that all tenants within AmberGlen Business Center comply with said Rules and Regulations.

Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-performance of said rules and regulations of by any other tenants of the BuildingProject.
