Common use of Labor Relations Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor Relations Meetings. The parties hereto agree to hold labor relations meetings at a mutually agreed time as necessary upon the written request of either party to the other, but labor relations meetings shall be held no less often than once every four (4) months, upon the request of either party to the other. The request shall include an agenda stating the matters to be discussed. The parties agree to review all outstanding grievances at labor relations meetings. The City and the OPBA may have up to four (4) representatives in attendance at the meetings. The Committee may discuss a matter which is covered by this Contract and may make recommendations to the City and the OPBA as to any modification of the contract.
