Knowing and Voluntary Acceptance. Employee further acknowledges that he has read and fully understands the meaning and intent of all the provisions and terms of this Agreement, including the final binding effect of the release and waiver of rights under this Agreement. Having read this Agreement, Employee states and affirms that he is entering into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily and that no promises, representations, or inducements not expressly stated in this Agreement were made to him, which caused him to sign this Agreement.

Knowing and Voluntary Acceptance. Executive has 21 calendar days to review and sign this Agreement and is advised to consult with an attorney of Executive’s choice before signing this Agreement, which includes a release of potential claims under the ADEA. Executive understands that she may use as much of this 21-day period as she wishes prior to signing. Executive may expressly and voluntarily waive any part or all of the 21-day review period by signing and returning this Agreement prior to the expiration of the review period. Executive has the right to revoke Executive’s release of ADEA claims by informing the Company of such revocation within seven (7) calendar days following Executive’s execution of this Agreement (the “Revocation Period”). The revocation must be in writing and delivered to the Company in care of its signatory to this Agreement. This Agreement will not become effective unless the Revocation Period has expired without any revocation having been communicated.
