KDADS. Though KDADS is not a party to this Agreement, the parties specifically intend that KDADS be a third-party beneficiary and, as a result thereof, further acknowledge and agree that KDADS may, at its option, enforce the terms of this Agreement. Modification: This agreement incorporates by reference all current rules, regulations and policies promulgated by all relevant State and Federal governmental, legislative and administrative agencies, including but not limited to KDADS, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services ("CMS") and the U.S. Department of Labor. To the extent this agreement is inconsistent with such current rules, regulations and policies, such current rules, regulations and polices shall supersede and replace the terms of this agreement. Helpers, Inc. will make a good faith effort to post the most relevant of such rules, regulations and policies on its website. This agreement may be revised or amended by Helpers, Inc., in its sole discretion, to comply with current State and Federal rules, regulations and policies. Helpers, Inc. will provide notice to Participant of such revision or amendment and publish the revised or amended agreement on its website. Participant agrees to be bound by such revised or amended agreement unless Participant provides timely written notice to Helpers, Inc. within thirty (30) days terminating this agreement. Is such case, Helpers, Inc. will immediately suspend all services to Participant pursuant to this agreement.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
