Jurisdiction, Venue and Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and Canada (regardless of either jurisdiction's or any other jurisdiction's choice of law principles). To the extent permitted by law, the parties hereto agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection herewith, shall be arbitrated or litigated in Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, and each party hereby waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of Forum Non Conveniens or to object to venue. The parties each hereby stipulate that the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, shall have personal jurisdiction and venue over each party for the purpose of litigating any such dispute, controversy or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, service of process sufficient for personal jurisdiction in any action against either party may be made by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested.

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any and all suits between the State and Contractor arising out of, or related to, this Agreement shall be filed and adjudicated in the 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any and all suits between the LEA and Contractor arising out of, or related to, this Agreement shall filed and adjudicated in the appropriate Louisiana State District Court, in the Parish in which the LEA is domiciled. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any and all suits among the Contractor, the State, and one or more LEAs arising out of, or related to, this Agreement shall be filed and adjudicated in the 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana. The laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to Louisiana law on conflicts of law, shall govern this Agreement.

Any action at law or in equity brought by either of the Parties for the purpose of enforcing a right or rights provided for by this Agreement will be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and the Parties waive all provisions of law providing for a change of venue in these proceedings to any other county. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Jurisdiction, Venue and Governing Law. This Release will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any action or proceeding seeking to enforce any provision of, or based on any right arising out of, this Release shall be brought in the courts of the State of North Carolina, County of Wake, or, if it has or can acquire jurisdiction, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, and each of the parties consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts (and of the appropriate appellate courts) in any such action or proceeding and waives any objection to venue laid therein. Process in any action or proceeding referred to in the preceding sentence may be served on any party anywhere in the world.
Jurisdiction, Venue and Governing Law. Employee hereby expressly consents to personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Nebraska for any lawsuit that arises from or relates to this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
