Common use of Jurisdiction, Venue and Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction, Venue and Governing Law. Jurisdiction and Venue shall be in the Courts of Polk County, Florida or the United States District Court in and for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, in connection with any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this bid, proposal, contract, documents or instrument delivered pursuant to, in connection with, or simultaneously with this bid/proposal or breach of any contract entered into with the City. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
