Junior Rates of Pay. 16.1 The salary of an employee who is younger than 21 years of age and who is employed as an APS1 will be calculated, to the nearest dollar, as a percentage of the minimum salary payable to an adult APS1 according to age as set out in the table in Attachment A Schedule 2.
