Junctions. 5.3.1 During the scoping exercise with the Transport Policy and Development Manager at Suffolk County Council, it was agreed that 23 junctions were to be assessed as part of the proposed scheme. The junctions are presented in Table 5-1. These are all existing junctions in current highway network, apart from Junctions 17 and 18, which will only be present in the Do Something scenario.
