Judgment Against the Company. The Company covenants and agrees with the Trustee that, in case of any judicial or other proceedings to enforce the rights of the Debentureholders, judgment may be rendered against it in favour of the Debentureholders or in favour of the Trustee, as trustee for the Debentureholders, for any amount which may remain due in respect of the Debentures and premium (if any) and the interest thereon and any other monies owing hereunder.

Judgment Against the Company. 9.15.1 The Company covenants and agrees with the Indenture Trustee that, in case of any Proceeding to obtain judgment for payment of the principal of, premium, if any, or interest, if any, on the Debentures, judgment may be rendered against it in favour of the Holders or in favour of the Indenture Trustee, as holder of a power of attorney for the Holders, for the amount which may remain due in respect of the Debentures and the interest and premium, if any, thereon.

  • CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN In accordance with RCW 28A.400.330, employees, agents, and contractors of the NWESD and District are prohibited from working at a public school if they have or may have contact with children at a public school during the course of their employment and have pleaded guilty to or been convicted of the crimes identified in RCW 28A.400.322. Any failure to comply with this section shall be grounds for the District immediately terminating the contract.
