The Company Covenants. (a) The Company shall furnish to the Investors such number of copies of a prospectus in conformity with the requirements of the Securities Act, and such other documents as may reasonably be requested in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by the Investors.
The Company Covenants a. In the event of a registration pursuant to the provisions of Sections 5 or 6, the Company shall use all reasonable efforts to cause the Warrant Shares so registered to be registered or qualified for sale under the securities or blue sky laws of such jurisdictions as the Registered Holder may reasonably request; provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to qualify to do business in any state by reason of this Section 7.a. in which it is not otherwise required to qualify to do business.
The Company Covenants. The Company hereby covenants and agrees with the Depositor and for the benefit of the Trustee and the Certificateholders as follows:

(a) to file with the Trustee, within fifteen days after the Company is required to file the same with the Securities and Exchange Commission, copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as said Commission may from time to time by rules and regulations prescribe) which the Company may be required to file with said Commission pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended; or, if the Company is not required to file information, documents or reports pursuant to either of such sections, then to file with the Trustee and said Commission, in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by said Commission, such of the supplementary and periodic information, documents and reports which may be required pursuant to Section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as
