Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.
Commercial Crime Insurance This policy is required only if Contractor handles or has regular access to a JBE’s funds or property of significant value to the JBE. This policy must cover dishonest acts including loss due to theft of money, securities, and property; forgery, and alteration of documents; and fraudulent transfer of money, securities, and property. The minimum liability limit must be $500,000.00. To the extent that Contractor utilizes subcontractors, all subcontractors shall comply with and perform in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3 (Insurance).

Equipment Procurement If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing:
