Common use of Job Related Liability Protection Clause in Contracts

Any regular employee, coming within the scope of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local No. will be granted the services of a City solicitor without charge for the purpose of representing him, who as a result of any matter arising out of or in the course of his normal work duties and/or assignments, is personally involved in a legal or court action.
