Job Loss. By checking this Box (b), Resident represents that Resident has lost his/her job due to the COVID-19 crisis. Based on your representation that you have become involuntarily unemployed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are entering into this Agreement with you and accept as full satisfaction of your Lease obligations the amounts set forth in Section 6 - Reduced Termination Amount. Additionally, as a result of your job loss, we are willing to reduce the amount owed by you under the Lease as long as you provide us with: (1) either a written statement from your employer or a copy of your final paystub, and (2) a copy of your signed unemployment application with the State of Colorado. You may provide this information at time before September 30, 2020. If you fail to provide this documentation, you agree to pay as the amount set forth in Section 5 - Full Amount Due less any amounts previously paid.   • Complete Loss When CenturyLink is unable to recover data as discussed in this Section, estimated message and minute volumes for each loss consisting of an entire AMA tape or entire data volume due to its loss prior to or during processing, lost after receipt, demagnetized before processing, receipt of a blank or unreadable tape, or lost for other causes, shall be reported.

  • Damage or Loss 3.1 All laptops and batteries are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects and normal use of the laptop. It does not cover negligence, abuse, malicious or accidental damage.(e.g cracked LCD screens are not covered under warranty)
