Should you change your email address, phone number, or address before your departure date, you are required to advise us of the change. If a Participant provides incorrect information to Protocolo Tours, we do not assume any liability if the Program is adversely affected or made impossible by the non-receipt of travel documents.

Issuing Travel Documents. The method for issuing travel documents and/or tickets depends on the time available between the date of issue of tickets and your date of departure, and/or the type of Service. We have an ecofriendly philosophy and our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy. If a Traveler provides incorrect information, LOTMV does not assume any liability if the Trip is adversely affected or made impossible by the non-receipt of travel documents. Paper tickets will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card within the USA used for purchase of the Trip.
