Issuing Travel Documents. Travel documents will only be sent to the purchasing Participant who places the order and personally agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Should you change your email address, phone number, or address before your departure date, you are required to advise us of the change. If a Participant provides incorrect information to Protocolo Tours, we do not assume any liability if the Program is adversely affected or made impossible by the non-receipt of travel documents.

Issuing Travel Documents. The method for issuing travel documents and/or tickets depends on the time available between the date of issue of tickets and your date of departure, and/or the type of Service. We have an ecofriendly philosophy and our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy. If a Traveler provides incorrect information, LOTMV does not assume any liability if the Trip is adversely affected or made impossible by the non-receipt of travel documents. If your tickets require a faster delivery time or special attention you must contact us and may be required to pay any additional fees. Almost all tickets are issued as electronic tickets. Paper tickets are required by some airlines. Bookings that require paper tickets will be charged the higher processing/handling fee and documents will be shipped to the listed billing address. Paper tickets will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card within the USA used for purchase of the Trip. If a Traveler provides incorrect information to Travellab, we do not assume any liability if the Trip is adversely affected or made impossible by the non­receipt of travel documents.

  • Travel Documents To receive your travel documents prior to departure, final payment must be received in our office 60 days prior to departure. Your travel documents will be made electronically available to you at least 30 days prior to departure. Guests will be advised of their Kamloops, Whistler, or Quesnel accommodation upon check-in at the departure station.
