Issuance; Notice of Issuance. If the conditions set forth in Section 11.03 are satisfied, the Letter of Credit Issuer shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. The Letter of Credit Issuer shall give each Lender written or telecopy notice in substantially the form of Exhibit L, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit and shall deliver to each Lender in connection with such notice a copy of the Letter of Credit issued by the Letter of Credit Issuer.
Issuance; Notice of Issuance. If the original face amount of the requested Letter of Credit is less than or equal to the Unused Commitment at such time and the applicable conditions set forth in this Agreement are satisfied, the LC Issuer shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. The LC Issuer shall give each Lender written or telex notice in substantially the form of EXHIBIT P-2, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit.
Issuance; Notice of Issuance. If the original face amount of the requested Letter of Credit is less than or equal to the Unused Commitment at such time and the applicable conditions set forth in this Agreement are satisfied, the Agent shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. The Agent shall give each Bank written or telex notice in substantially the form of Exhibit D, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit and shall deliver to each Bank in connection with such notice a copy of the Letter of Credit issued by the Agent.
Issuance; Notice of Issuance. If the conditions set forth in Section 2.16(c) are satisfied, the Issuing Bank shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. The Issuing Bank shall give each Bank written or telex notice, or telephonic notice substantially in the form of Exhibit N, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit and shall deliver to each Bank in connection with such notice a copy of the Letter of Credit issued by the Issuing Bank.

If the original face amount of the requested Letter of Credit is less than or equal to the Unused Revolving Loan Commitment at such time and the applicable conditions set forth in this Agreement are satisfied, Wachovia shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. Wachovia shall give each Lender written or telex notice in substantially the form of EXHIBIT P-2, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit and at the request of any Lender, shall deliver to such Lender a copy thereof.

If the original face amount of the requested Letter of Credit is less than or equal to the Aggregate Unused Commitments at such time and the applicable conditions set forth in this Agreement are satisfied, the Agent shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. The Agent shall give each Bank written or telex notice in substantially the form of Exhibit G, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit, and of the amount of the Borrowing Base as of the date of such notice, as set forth in the Borrowing Base Certificate which accompanied such notice, and shall deliver to each Bank in connection with such notice a copy of the Letter of Credit issued by the Agent.

If the original face amount of the requested Letter of Credit is less than or equal to the Unused Commitment at such time and the applicable conditions set forth in this Agreement are satisfied, the Issuer shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. The Issuer shall give each Lender written or telex notice in substantially the form of Exhibit P-2 (each, a "Letter of Credit Notice"), or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit and shall deliver to each Lender in connection with such notice a copy of the Letter of Credit issued by the Issuer.
Issuance; Notice of Issuance. If the conditions set forth in Sections 4.02 and 4.03 are satisfied, the Lender shall issue the requested Letter of Credit.
Issuance; Notice of Issuance. The Administrative Agent shall give each Bank written or telex notice in substantially the form of Exhibit K, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly --------- thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit and shall deliver to each Bank in connection with such notice a copy of the Letter of Credit issued by the Administrative Agent.
Issuance; Notice of Issuance. If the conditions set forth or referred to in Section 3.03 are satisfied, the Letter of Credit Issuer shall issue the requested Letter of Credit.
