Common use of Irregularities Clause in Contracts

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction of trade from Ghana to the Community via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to timber products that include imports of suspect sources from third countries; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of FLEGT licences.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction of trade from Ghana Liberia to the Community Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to licenses covering timber products that include imports of from suspect sources from in third countries; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licenceslicenses.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction of trade from Ghana Indonesia to the Community Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to covering timber products that include imports of suspect sources which contain timber from third countriescountries that is suspected of being illegally produced; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other in accordance with Article 21 if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including particularly, but not exclusively, in relation to the followingto: (a) circumvention of fraudulent trade, including by in particular the re-direction diversion of trade from Ghana Honduras to the Community Union via a third country, country where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to covering timber products that include imports of suspect sources which contain timber from third countriescountries that are suspected of being illegally produced; orand (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other in accordance with Article 21 if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in particular in relation to the followingto: (a) circumvention of fraudulent trade, including by in particular the re-direction diversion of trade from Ghana Honduras to the Community Union via a third country, country where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to covering timber products that include imports of suspect sources which contain timber from third countriescountries that are suspected of being illegally produced; orand (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform notify each other in writing in accordance with Article 22 if they suspect have reasonable suspicion or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in of the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction redirection of trade from Ghana Guyana to the Community Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensinglicensing requirements; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to covering timber products that include imports of suspect sources contain timber from third countries; orcountries that is suspected of being illegally produced; (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other in accordance with Article 20 if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction redirection of trade from Ghana Viet Nam to the Community Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to covering timber products that include imports of suspect sources which contain timber from third countriescountries that is suspected of being illegally produced; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect have reasonable suspicion or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction of trade from Ghana Guyana to the Community Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to licenses covering timber products that include imports of suspect sources which contain timber from third countries; orcountries that are suspected of being illegally produced. (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licenceslicenses.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect of their suspicions or have found evidence of observations with regard to any circumvention of, or irregularity in in, the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the followingparticular regarding: (a) a circumvention of trade, including by particularly via the re-direction redirection of trade from Ghana the CAR to the Community Union via a third country, where country when there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to for timber and derived products that include imports of suspect sources from third countries; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other in writing, in accordance with Article 21 of this Agreement, if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of fraudulent trade, including by in particular the re-direction diversion of trade from Ghana Côte d’Ivoire to the Community Union via a third country, country where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to covering timber and timber products that include imports of suspect sources which contain timber from third countriescountries and are suspected of being illegally produced; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other in writing, in accordance with Article 21 of this Agreement, if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of fraudulent trade, including by in particular the re-direction diversion of trade from Ghana Côte d'Ivoire to the Community Union via a third country, country where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to covering timber and timber products that include imports of suspect sources which contain timber from third countriescountries and are suspected of being illegally produced; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention of, or irregularity in irregularities conflicting with, the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction of trade from Ghana Congo to the Community European Union via a third country, country where there is reason to believe that this is has been done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences being issued to for timber and derived products that include imports of suspect sources suspicious origin from third countries; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or use of using FLEGT licences.
