Investment Areas and Eligible Program Activities. ‌ As mentioned in Section I, the FY2018 HSGP required Ohio to submit a State Investment Justification. The Investment Justification outlined the initiatives that will be accomplished and thus funded via the FY2018 LE SHSP. As per federal restrictions, no LE SHSP applications written outside of the scope identified in the State Investment Justification will be funded. State Priorities:‌ To be eligible for Ohio’s FY2018 LE SHSP funding, regional project applications must directly align with the following seven (7) state terrorism prevention priorities outlined below. Please note that Priority #4 should remain of paramount concern as the grant awards totals continue to decrease. Please ensure that your region is aware of grant obligations, ongoing costs such as maintenance agreements and, as well as grant performance periods of each fiscal year. • One: Information Sharing and Intelligence Fusion • Two: Regional Terrorism Information Program (this priority includes the Intelligence Liaison Officers & Regional Information Coordinators) • Three: Early Identification Technology • Four: Project Planning, Training, Communications & Sustainability • Five: Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) Equipment • Six: Countering Violent Extremism • Seven: Physical Protection Measures Applicants must describe how their project relates to one or more priorities and directly aligns with an investment milestone summarized in the table below.

  • Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).

  • Parent and Eligible Student Access Education Law Section 2-d and FERPA provide Parents and Eligible Students the right to inspect and review their child's or the Eligible Student’s Student Data stored or maintained by the EA. To the extent Student Data is held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall respond within thirty (30) calendar days to the EA's requests for access to Student Data so the EA can facilitate such review by a Parent or Eligible Student, and facilitate corrections, as necessary. If a Parent or Eligible Student contacts Contractor directly to review any of the Student Data held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall promptly notify the EA and refer the Parent or Eligible Student to the EA.

  • Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.

  • Programs and Activities If the sponsor has received a grant (or other federal assistance) for any of the sponsor’s program or activities, these requirements extend to all of the sponsor’s programs and activities.

  • Post-Award Small Business Program Re Representation If applicable, The Contractor shall report timely and accurately their small business program re-representation and update XXX.xxx.

  • EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 1. In this agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • Professional Development Funds 23.1.1 Two Professional Development Funds, a Professional Development Support Fund and an Education Leave Fund, shall be established to support professional development activities as defined in 23.2. On April 1st of each year, the College will allocate an amount equal to no less than 0.9% of total faculty salary (exclusive of severance payments) to the Professional Development Support Fund, and an amount equal to no less than 0.6% of total faculty salary to the Educational Leave Fund. Any unused balances in these funds shall carry over to the next budget year.
