Investigation of Conduct. The parties agree that in certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both OC and employees that employees be reassigned to another job or removed from all OC locations during an investigation of conduct. Reassignment or removal will be at the discretion of OC. If an employee is removed prior to imposing disciplinary action the leave of absence will be without loss of pay.
