Invalidity of a Provision. If any provision of this Contract is held by competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Contract and its attachments will continue in full force so long as they express the intent of the parties. In the intent of any party cannot be preserved, this Contract shall be either renegotiated or terminated by the parties.
Invalidity of a Provision. If any provision of this Agreement (or any portion thereof) shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Invalidity of a Provision. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the application of the other provisions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to be complied with as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not incorporated therein.

If any provision of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, for any reason, but would be valid and enforceable if appropriately modified, then such provision will thereupon apply with the modification necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such provision cannot be so modified, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement provided that the ability of the parties to perform their material obligations thereunder is not detrimentally affected.
Invalidity of a Provision. Should one or more of the above provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Invalidity of a Provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement in whole or in part shall in no way affect the validity of the remainder of this Agreement. The Parties shall agree to substitute such invalid or unenforceable provision by a valid and enforceable new provision which shall most closely achieve the purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.

If any provision of this License is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, for any reason, but would be valid and enforceable if appropriately modified, then such provision will thereupon apply with the modification necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such provision cannot be so modified, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this License provided that the ability of the parties to perform their material obligations hereunder is not detrimentally affected.
Invalidity of a Provision. In the event of nullity of one of the stipulations herein, the Parties shall seek in good faith equivalent legally valid stipulations. In any event, the other stipulations and conditions herein shall remain in force.
Invalidity of a Provision. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Invalidity of a Provision. 18.1 If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or the application of such provision, or provisions to persons or circumstances other than those deemed to be held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected.
