Invalidity of a Provision. If any provision of this Contract is held by competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Contract and its attachments will continue in full force so long as they express the intent of the parties. In the intent of any party cannot be preserved, this Contract shall be either renegotiated or terminated by the parties.

Invalidity of a Provision. If any provision of this Agreement (or any portion thereof) shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
