Common use of Invalidity of a Provision Clause in Contracts

Invalidity of a Provision. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the application of the other provisions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to be complied with as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not incorporated therein.

Invalidity of a Provision.
