International Products. For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement does not restrict in any way the Company’s rights with respect to (i) any Credit Card, whether or not bearing a Company Licensed Xxxx, in any country, territory or jurisdiction outside of the United States or (ii) any activities primarily directed at any Person whose primary residence is not in the United States.

International Products. EFS understands that certain markets will have their own product Licensees, and EFS will comply fully with all restrictions (including, but not limited to, with respect to regulatory and brand issues) and exclusive arrangements for all markets. Given that there may be different product margins in such territories, the associated Royalty will be computed separately for international markets (pursuant to Section 6.1(c)), as necessary.
International Products. Galileo will undertake all marketing efforts regarding International Products and will negotiate, hold, and administer all agreements with Vendors for International Products; except as described in this Article, or unless otherwise agreed, Distributor shall not undertake such efforts. Distributor shall inform Galileo promptly of any approaches it receives from Vendors (or potential Vendors) interested in participating in International Products.
