Common use of Intent of Interest Clause in Contracts

Intent of Interest. Whenever any vacancy, deemed to be a promotion as described in "A" above, occurs during the normal summer recess, vacancy notices shall be sent only to those employees who have filed an "Intent of Interest" with the Superintendent or designee. Copies of all such vacancy notices will also be sent to the Federation President.
