Accrual of Interest. Each Note (or in the case of the redemption of part only of a Note, that part only of such Note) will cease to bear interest (if any) from the date for its redemption unless payment of principal is improperly withheld or refused. Accrual of Interest. Each Note will accrue interest at a rate per annum equal to 5.00% (the “Stated Interest”), plus any Additional Interest and Special Interest that may accrue pursuant to Sections 3.03 and 7.03, respectively. Stated Interest on each Note will (i) accrue from, and including, the most recent date to which Stated Interest has been paid or duly provided for (or, if no Stated Interest has theretofore been paid or duly provided for, the date set forth in the certificate representing such Note as the date from, and including, which Stated Interest will begin to accrue in such circumstance) to, but excluding, the date of payment of such Stated Interest; and (ii) be, subject to Sections 4.02(D), 4.03(F) and 5.02(D) (but without duplication of any payment of interest), payable semi-annually in arrears on each Interest Payment Date, beginning on the first Interest Payment Date set forth in the certificate representing such Note, to the Holder of such Note as of the Close of Business on the immediately preceding Regular Record Date. Stated Interest, and, if applicable, Additional Interest and Special Interest, on the Notes will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year comprised of twelve 30-day months.
Accrual of Interest. If any amount owed by Seller hereunder is not paid when due, including, without limitation, amounts due under Section 3.5, Repurchase Amounts, amounts due under Section 12, and any other Obligations, such amounts shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the per annum rate of the Finance Charges until the earlier of (i) payment in good funds or (ii) entry of a final judgment thereof, at which time the principal amount of any money judgment remaining unsatisfied shall accrue interest at the highest rate allowed by applicable law.

Accrual of Interest. Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day the deposit is applied to your Account. Interest will be compounded daily and credited to your Account on a monthly basis. Account interest is calculated using the daily balance calculation method. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal balance in the Account each day. There are no minimum or maximum balance restrictions on your Account.
