Elementary School Schedule. Whenever a specialist teacher’s class is not held and results in pupil contact time to exceed five (5) hours thirty (30) minutes for the elementary (Pre-Kindergarten - 5) or middle (6 - 8) regular classroom teachers, the teacher(s) affected shall be entitled to compensation prorated at forty dollars ($40) per hour. This clause applies to Physical Education, Art, Music, Industrial Arts, Home Economics, Library, Technology, and World Language. However, compensation shall be granted under this clause for classes missed, within 35 minutes required preparation time per day.

  • Elementary School At the request of the Superintendent, elementary school teachers that teach all the student contact time on a daily basis will be paid for an additional hour at an hourly rate based upon their contractual daily rate of pay for a maximum of 180 days. Teachers will not be required to spend additional time beyond their regular day. All scheduling options must have been exhausted before an administrator will receive permission for this variance. The appeal process for this variance is defined in the Staffing Plan.

  • Elementary Schools Each teacher of grade Pre-K-5 and the specialists who serve those students will be given at least 225 minutes of preparation time within the student day each 5-day student week. Each day of the week, each teacher will have at least forty (40) continuous minutes each day for preparation time.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of Employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix B which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.
