Insurance Program Review Committee. The Superintendent and the ASSOCIATION shall establish an Insurance Program Review Committee composed of an equal number of individuals appointed by each. The function of this Committee shall be to review the Health Insurance Program provided for the Professional Staff Members and to make recommendations to the Superintendent and the ASSOCIATION for changes in benefits, changes in carriers and other matters related to the insurance program. It is understood that this Committee shall have no ability to recommend any changes which will increase the amount the BOARD is contributing toward the premium cost for any Professional Staff Member.
