Instalment Payment Option. As a valued customer, at Our discretion, for an additional monthly administration fee of S$4.25 We may allow You to pay the Service Maintenance Plan Fee via twelve (12) equal monthly instalments, paid monthly in advance. If We allow you to pay by instalments, You agree to pay all twelve (12) monthly instalments and to pay those instalments in advance. To avail Yourself of the Instalment Payment Option, You provide Us with the requisite authority to deduct from Your account the instalment payment amount. Where We have not received Your instalment payment within three (3) days of the instalment payment request date, We will issue You a reminder that Your instalment payment is due. If after two (2) days We still have not received Your instalment payment, We will issue You a final reminder notice that Your instalment payment is due. Should We not receive Your instalment payment within three (3) days of the final reminder notice Your Agreement will be cancelled and We will charge You the cancellation Administration Fee. Where You have defaulted on Your instalment payments and We have subsequently cancelled Your Agreement (“Cancelled Agreement”), Should You wish to re-start Your instalment payments You will need to commence a new Agreement, agree to pay the latest Service Maintenance Plan Fee via twelve (12) equal monthly instalments, agree to having a Health Check before Services are performed on Your Appliances and abide by the terms and conditions of the new Agreement. You will not receive any credit for any payments which may have been made under the Cancelled Agreement. Where We or You cancel this Agreement, other than for defaulting on instalment payments, You agree to Us charging You the cancellation Administration Fee, which will be deducted from Your account. If You avail Yourself of the convenience to pay the Service Maintenance Plan Fee by monthly instalments and You subsequently wish to transfer the Agreement, You agree to pay (i) the remainder of all the monthly instalments plus (ii) the transfer Administration Fee prior to Us transferring the Agreement. Your transfer request will be declined and Your agreement will be cancelled if You decline to pay (i) the remainder of all the monthly instalments and (ii) the transfer Administration Fee. Upon cancellation of the Agreement, the cancellation Administration Fee will be deducted from Your account.

  • Cash Option [ ] (a) The Employer may permit a Participant to elect to defer to the Plan, an amount not to exceed % of any Employer paid cash bonus made for such Participant for any year. A Participant must file an election to defer such contribution at least fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the Plan Year. If the Employee fails to make such an election, the entire Employer paid cash bonus to which the Participant would be entitled shall be paid as cash and not to the Plan. Amounts deferred under this section shall be treated for all purposes as Elective Deferrals. Notwithstanding the above, the election to defer must be made before the bonus is made available to the Participant.

  • Settlement Payments On the first Business Day of each month ("Interest Settlement Date"), Collateral Agent will advise each Lender by telephone, fax or telecopy of the amount of such Lender's share of interest and fees on each of the Loans as of the end of the last day of the immediately preceding month. Provided that such Lender has made all payments required to be made by it under this Agreement, Collateral Agent will pay to such Lender, by wire transfer to such Lender's account (as specified by such Lender on the signature page of this Agreement or the applicable Assignment and Acceptance Agreement, as amended by such Lender from time to time after the date hereof or in the applicable Assignment and Acceptance Agreement) not later than 3:00 p.m. Chicago time on the next Business Day following the Interest Settlement Date, such Lender's share of interest and fees on each of the Loans. Such Lender's share of interest on each Loan will be calculated for that Loan by adding together the Daily Interest Amounts for each calendar day of the prior month for that Loan and multiplying the total thereof by the Interest Ratio for that Loan. Such Lender's share of the Unused Line Fee described in subsection 2.3(A) shall be an amount equal to (a)(i) such Lender's average Revolving Loan Commitment during such month, less (ii) the sum of (x) such Lender's average Daily Loan Balance of the Revolving Loans, plus (y) such Lender's Pro Rata Share of the average daily aggregate amount of Letter of Credit Reserve, in each case for the preceding month, multiplied by (b) the percentage required by subsection 2.3(A). Such Lender's share of all other fees paid to Collateral Agent for the benefit of Lenders hereunder shall be paid and calculated based on such Lender's Commitment with respect to the Loans on which such fees are associated. To the extent Collateral Agent does not receive the total amount of any fee owing by Borrowers under this Agreement, each amount payable by Collateral Agent to a Lender under this subsection 9.8(A)(4) with respect to such fee shall be reduced on a pro rata basis. The Collateral Agent and the Lenders hereby acknowledge and agree that in no event shall the aggregate fee payments received by such Lenders pursuant to this subsection 9.8(A)(4) exceed the total amount of fees pursuant to subsection 2.3.

  • Reimbursement Option Provided that the Recipient satisfies the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Recipient may elect to receive Fund proceeds for land acquisition directly from the OPWC after Closing. After Closing, which Closing shall not occur until the Recipient's submission of the Request to Proceed and the Recipient's receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Recipient may submit a Disbursement Request to the OPWC for reimbursement of acquisition and other eligible costs. The Recipient shall attach to the Disbursement Request a copy of: (i) the executed and recorded deed, or such other instrument conveying the interest approved by the Director, with respect to the Land acquired by the Recipient, (ii) a copy of the recorded Deed Restrictions, (iii) a copy of the executed settlement statement, (iv) certification, or other documentation acceptable to the Director from the Title Agent that the Recipient has marketable title in and to the Land, and (v) such other documentation required by the OPWC. After receipt of such documentation, and subject to Recipient's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the OPWC shall disburse Funds payable under this Agreement.
