Inspection of the services. (Art. 150) If during contract performance irregularities are found, the contractor will be notified about this immediately by fax or e-mail, which will be confirmed consequently by registered letter. The contractor is bound to perform the non-complying services again. The service provider advises the managing official by registered post or e-mail showing the exact date of dispatch, at which date the services can be controlled.

Inspection of the services. (Art. 150) The services to be provided under the contract are subject to inspections aimed at establishing whether they satisfy the conditions stipulated in the contract documents.
