Initiation of Generation Service. To initiate Generation Service to a Customer, Supplier shall obtain the necessary authorization pursuant to the Interim Procedures and shall submit an "enroll customer" transaction to the Company, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EDI Working Group Report. Supplier shall not submit the “enroll customer” transaction to the Company until any applicable right of rescission has lapsed. If the information on the enrollment transaction is correct, the Company shall send Supplier a "successful enrollment" transaction, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EDI Working Group Report. Generation Service shall commence on the date of the Customer's next scheduled meter read, provided that the Company has received the valid enrollment transaction no fewer than two business days prior to the meter read date. If the Company has not received the valid enrollment transaction at least two days before the meter read date, Generation Service shall commence on the date of the Customer's subsequent scheduled meter read. If more than one Competitive Energy Supplier submits an enrollment transaction for a given Customer during the same enrollment period, the first valid transaction (as determined in accordance with the EDI Working Group Report) that is received by the Company shall be accepted. All other enrollment transactions received during the enrollment period shall be rejected. Rejected transactions may be resubmitted during the Customer's next enrollment period.

Initiation of Generation Service. To initiate Generation Service to a Customer, the Electric Supplier shall submit an "enroll customer" (EBT) to the Company. The Electric Supplier shall not submit an “enroll customer” EBT until any applicable right of rescission has lapsed. If the information in the EBT is verified by the Company as valid and correct, the Company shall send the Electric Supplier a "successful enrollment" EBT. The responsibility of the Electric Supplier to provide Generation Service to the Customer shall commence on the date of the Customer's next scheduled meter read. EBT transactions submitted less than two (2) Business Days prior to the Customer’s next scheduled meter read date shall not become effective until the second following meter read date. Multiple EBTs submitted by multiple Electric Suppliers for a single customer in an enrollment period shall be processed as follows: the first verified EBT transaction received by the Company shall be accepted. All other transactions shall be rejected. Rejected transactions may be resubmitted during the customer's next enrollment period.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Processing of Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the County that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee's representative, if an employee, shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss in pay, to investigate a grievance, and present grievances to the County during normal working hours provided the employee and the employee representative have notified the designated supervisor.
