Informational and Advertising Material. The Policyholder and its representatives must gain Our prior written approval of all material used for advertising and solicitation relating to this policy, regardless of the medium in which such material appears. We will not be responsible for any increase in payment or any changes in insurance resulting from such materials that have not been approved by Us. Legal Action Against Us No legal action may be brought to recover on this policy until sixty (60) days after We have been given complete Proof of Loss. No such action may be brought after three (3) years from the time complete Proof of Loss is required to be given. No such action may be brought unless there has been full compliance with all of the terms of this policy. In no case will We be liable for benefits that are not payable under the terms of this policy or that exceed the applicable Benefit Amounts or limits of insurance of this policy.
