Information to be Contained in Notification. The notice mentioned in clause shall be given in writing and shall contain the following information: the nature of the technological change, the date upon which the Corporation proposes to effect the technological change, the approximate number, type and location of likely to be affected by the change, the effect that the technological change is likely to have on the terms and conditions or security of employment of the employee affected, all pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on employees. Canada Labour Code In accordance with Part I of the Canada Labour Code, Section the parties agree that Sections and do not apply, during the term of this collective agreement, to the Corporation and the Alliance. Consultation on Changes Where the Corporation has notified the Alliance of its intention of introducing a technological change, the parties undertake to meet within the next fifteen (15) days to hold constructive and meaningful consultation in an effort to reach an agreement on solutions to minimize the adverse effects on employees which might result from such change.

  • RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
