Common use of Industrial Accidents Clause in Contracts

Industrial Accidents. An Employee required to leave work as a result of a work related injury, and who is eligible to receive Workers’ Compensation benefits, shall be paid for the remainder of the scheduled shift for that day at the Employee’s regular rate of pay.

Industrial Accidents. An Employee employee suffering an injury at work and who is required to leave work as a result the plant due to the extent of a work related injury, and who is eligible to receive Workers’ Compensation benefits, shall an injury will be paid for the remainder of the scheduled shift for that day at the Employee’s classified hourly regular rate of paypay to the end of the shift on the day of the injury.
