Individual Special Circumstance Arrangements. The Hospital and the Union agree to implement individual special circumstance schedules pursuant to Article 13.05 of the collective agreement. Such arrangement(s) will be documented by a Letter of Understanding. The Hospital will provide to the Union a list of all individuals on an approved Individual Special Circumstance schedule in January each year.
