On one front, the partnership plans to tackle the current problem of inadequate and irregular provision (or inequitable distribution) of inputs through LLR2.1 (improved multi-sector coordination at the community level) and its corresponding sub-results. On the other front, PCI will xxxxxx a partnership of reciprocity form the beginning (i.e., all workplans will include shared responsibility for inputs as well as processes).   • Presentence Investigation Report/Post-Sentence Supervision 24. Defendant understands that the United States Attorney’s Office in its submission to the Probation Office as part of the Pre-Sentence Report and at sentencing shall fully apprise the District Court and the Probation Office of the nature, scope, and extent of defendant’s conduct regarding the charges against him, and related matters. The government will make known all matters in aggravation and mitigation relevant to sentencing.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate.
