Inconsistencies with Security. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between a provision of this Agreement and a provision of any document constituting part of the Security, the provision of this Agreement shall govern. For greater certainty, a provision of this Agreement and a provision of the Security shall be considered to be inconsistent if both relate to the same subject-matter and the provision in the Security imposes more onerous obligations or restrictions than the corresponding provision in this Agreement.

Inconsistencies with Security. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between a provision of this Agreement and a provision of any document constituting part of the Security, the provision of this Agreement shall govern. For greater certainty, a provision of this Agreement and a provision of the Security shall be considered to be inconsistent if: (i) both relate to the same subject-matter and the provision in the Security imposes more onerous obligations or restrictions than the corresponding provision in this Agreement; or (ii) the provision in the Security creates a default in circumstances which do not constitute a Breach under this Agreement, in which case such default in the Security shall not apply.

  • Inconsistencies with Other Documents In the event there is a conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and any other Loan Document, the terms of this Agreement shall control; provided that any provision of the Security Documents which imposes additional burdens on the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or further restricts the rights of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or gives the Administrative Agent or Lenders additional rights shall not be deemed to be in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement and shall be given full force and effect.

  • Inconsistencies To the extent of any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of this Amendment and the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.   • Conflicts with Base Indenture In the event that any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Supplemental Indenture shall control.
