Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Supplemental Indenture shall control.
Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this Third Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Third Supplemental Indenture shall control.
Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of the Fourth Supplemental Indenture will control.
Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Supplemental Indenture shall control. With respect to the Notes (but not with respect to other Securities), (a) the provisions of Sections 3.03, 3.04, 3.05, 4.03, 5.01, 5.02, 6.01, 6.02, 6.06, 9.01, 9.02 and 10.04 of this Supplemental Indenture replace the provisions of those sections of the Base Indenture in their entirety and (b) the provisions of Article VIII of this Supplemental Indenture replace the provisions of Article VIII of the Base Indenture in their entirety. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Supplemental Indenture have the meanings given such terms in the Base Indenture. Capitalized terms defined in both this Supplemental Indenture and in the Base Indenture have the meanings given such terms in this Supplemental Indenture.
Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Supplemental Indenture shall control with respect to the Notes and the Note Guarantees (but not with respect to any other Securities issued under the Base Indenture).
Conflicts with Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture amends and supplements the provisions of the Base Indenture as the same applies to the Notes, to the provisions of which Base Indenture reference is hereby made. The changes, modifications and supplements to the Base Indenture effected by this Supplemental Indenture will be applicable only with respect to, and will only govern the terms of, the Notes, which may be issued from time to time, and will not apply to any other Securities that may be issued under the Base Indenture unless a supplemental indenture with respect to such other Securities specifically incorporates such changes, modifications and supplements. For all purposes under the Base Indenture, the Notes will constitute a single Series of Securities, and with regard to any matter requiring the consent under the Base Indenture of Holders of multiple Series of Securities voting together as a single class, the consent of Holders voting as a separate class will also be required and the same threshold will apply. To the extent any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Supplemental Indenture will control.
Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

This Supplemental Indenture amends and supplements the provisions of the Base Indenture as the same applies to the Notes, to the provisions of which Base Indenture reference is hereby made. If any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Supplemental Indenture will control.
Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this First Supplemental Indenture expressly limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this First Supplemental Indenture shall control with respect to the Notes.
Conflicts with Base Indenture. In the event that any provision of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Base Indenture, such provision of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall control.
