Inconsistencies definition

Inconsistencies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4 hereto.
Inconsistencies. If there is an inconsistency between this Contract and any Subcontract, the terms of the Subcontract shall prevail, save for the fee, scope and any KPIs set out in the Purchase Order.
