Inappropriate, Offensive, or Illegal Images. You may only upload images to our Service that meet the following criteria:  Are fully owned by you and/or that you have the right to display, distribute and resell  Do not infringe upon or violate any third party’s rights or copyrights  Do not violate any law, rule, or regulation of any governmental or quasi-governmental entity  Are not pornographic, racist, lewd, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise offensive  Do not contain viruses or other harmful programming elements Any image found in our opinion to be in violation of any of these conditions shall be immediately removed from your Account upon its discovery, and repeated or flagrant violations may result in disciplinary actions including but not limited to the disablement of your Storefront and the termination of your Account.

  • Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.

  • Smoking Prohibited As a public school, the School shall prohibit the use of tobacco at its school or at School functions.

  • Pesticide Prohibition Tenant shall comply with the provisions of Section 308 of Chapter 3 of the San Francisco Environment Code (the “Pesticide Ordinance”) which (i) prohibit the use of certain pesticides on City property, (ii) require the posting of certain notices and the maintenance of certain records regarding pesticide usage and (iii) require Tenant to submit to the Airport an integrated pest management (“IPM”) plan that (a) lists, to the extent reasonably possible, the types and estimated quantities of pesticides that Tenant may need to apply to the Premises during the terms of this Lease,

  • Toxic or Hazardous Substance Any substance designated or defined as toxic or hazardous under any “Environmental Law” or that poses a risk to human health or safety, or the environment, and products and materials containing such substance. “

  • No Illegal Harassment Violation of the City’s harassment policy, which is incorporated by reference and available from the Human Resource Division, by the Contractor, its officers, employees, agents, vendors, consultants, subcontractors and anyone from whom it is legally liable, while performing or failing to perform Contractor’s duties under this Contract shall be considered a material breach of contract.

  • Advertising Prohibition Provider is prohibited from using Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing or advertising efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to Client; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to Client.
