  • General Policy Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the next business day after we receive your deposit.   • Harassment Policy It is the policy of CUPE as an Employer to ensure that the working environment is conducive to the performance of work and is such that employees are not hindered from carrying out their responsibilities.   • Payment Policy 11.9.1 A full-time tenure-track teacher, who is a member of the bargaining unit on an annual salary basis and who has served a complete school year as teacher, shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments.

  • Insurance Program An eligible employee may waive rights to participate in either single or family coverage. If an employee waives this benefit, such employee may not revoke the waiver until the next open enrollment period and may be accepted only after medical review by the insurance provider.
