Import Operation. To import a Text Spreadsheet file select FILE|IMPORT from the pull down menu. Select the Text Spreadsheet option under the Import type. Select the disk drive and directory of the .prn Excel file to be imported. Select the file to be imported and press the Import button. A second dialog box will appear that is used to define the name of the file and directory location of the imported file. Select the disk drive and directory where you would like the imported file to be saved. If you wish to keep the existing file name press the Create radio button. If you wish to change the name of the file edit it and the press the Create radio button. When the user clicks on Create, the conversion process begins. How long conversion will take depends on the size of the harness file and the speed of the computer. When the conversion is complete, the converted file is left as an opened file in WirePro to allow the user to make changes or to make wire. But the Import function does not automatically exit completely after doing a harness file conversion. After the conversion, the first popup window is still displayed. This is to allow the user to immediately do another import. The user must click on Cancel to exit the function completely.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations.   • The Business The parties acknowledge that the Company is engaged in the development, marketing and sale of certain proprietary technologies, processes and related products in the areas of chemical detection, technical processes, and technical/business services, and that the Company may also from time to time become or may intend to become engaged in other business endeavors (individually and collectively, the "BUSINESS").   • Current Operating Areas Where logging or road construction is in progress but not completed, unless agreed otherwise, Purchaser shall, before opera- tions cease annually, remove all temporary log culverts and construct temporary cross drains, drainage ditches, dips, berms, culverts, or other facilities needed to control erosion. Such protection shall be provided, prior to end of a Normal Operating Season, for all disturbed, unprotected ground that is not to be disturbed further prior to end of operations each year, including roads and associated fills, tractor roads, skid trails, and fire lines. When weather permits operations after Normal Operating Season, Pur- chaser shall keep such work on any additional disturbed areas as up to date as practicable.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.

  • Purchased Services During the term of this Collective Agreement, no regular employee will be declared surplus in his/her position as a result of the use of purchased services to perform the work normally performed by that employee.

  • Processing operations The personal data transferred will be subject to the following basic processing activities:
