Import. 1. Each importing State Party shall take measures to ensure that appropriate and relevant information is provided, upon request, pursuant to its national laws, to the exporting State Party, to assist the exporting State Party in conducting its national export assessment under Article 7. Such measures may include end use or end user documentation.

Each of the Parties shall provide, in accordance with the relevant domestic laws in force in their countries, temporary admission of cinematographic and technical equipment for the making of co-production audiovisual works, free of import duties and taxes, subject to provision of security, until the equipment is exported.
