Implementation Plan Agreement the Stateline Area Transportation Study (SLATS) ’s responsible official (named below) agrees, and is guaranteeing responsibility for the execution and implementation of this Part 2: Implementation Plan Agreement , and agrees that Stateline Area Transportation Study (SLATS) is initiating or planning for the performance of tasks and procedures that are required in this Agreement, and implementing or is seeking assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to perform all tasks and procedures of Part 2: Implementation Plan Agreement as provided herein.
