Implementation of Agreement. The Buyer and Finantra shall use their best efforts to take all action required of them to fulfill their obligations under the terms of this Agreement and to facilitate the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. Neither the Buyer nor Finantra will take any action which would have the effect of preventing or disabling their performance of their obligations under this Agreement.
