Illegal Boosting. Use of bots, third party tools, juicing or any artificial method of fabricating or boosting the amount of Client Content streams is prohibited. If Symphonic suspects or learns that Client is engaging in this activity, Symphonic will withhold all funds related to Client Content that is the subject of such activity, and will not pay out any funds unless a resolution is reached wherein Symphonic’s investigation determines that Client has not engaged in the prohibited activity. Any request by Symphonic is subject to 8(a) below.

Illegal Boosting. Use of bots, third party tools, so-called “juicing” or any artificial method of fabricating or boosting the amount of Client Content streams is prohibited. If FWDigital suspects or learns that Client is engaging in this activity, FWDigital will withhold all funds related to Client Content that is the subject of such activity, until a resolution is reached wherein FWDigital’s investigation determines that Client has not engaged in the prohibited activity and that Client is entitled to such funds.
Illegal Boosting. Use of bots, third party tools, so called “juicing” or any method of fabricating, boosting or improperly aggregating the amount or number of Client content streams (“Illegal Boosting”) is prohibited. Client shall have no legal or equitable interest in or right to royalty revenue on any portion of Client content streams that Symphonic in its sole discretion attributes to such Illegal Boosting or similar activity.

Related to Illegal Boosting

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • Illegal Activity No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.

  • Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.

  • Illegal Dumping The Contractor shall ensure that it and all of its Subcontractors and assigns prevent illegal dumping of litter in accordance with Title 5, Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 365.

  • Illegal Aliens Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Colorado Revised Statutes 8-17.5-101 et. seq. and the NOTIFICATION OF IMMIGRATION COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR, which shall be signed by the Contractor and is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this contract.

  • Illegal Use You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal. You agree that illegal use and/or use in gambling activities of this Card will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at our discretion.
