Identification of Counterparties. If you are acting as a Prime Broker Client, the identification of Counterparties with which you desire to do business as required in Section 10.1 (Counterparty Identification; Transaction Documentation) hereof shall include each Prime Broker Member on whose behalf it is permitted to enter into Give-up Transactions hereunder and those Counterparties with whom such Prime Broker Client is permitted to enter into Give-up Transactions on behalf of each of its Prime Finalto Asia Pte Ltd RB Capital Building, #00-00 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 000000 · Registered in Singapore, No. 201923501E Broker Members. The term “Counterparty” or “Counterparties” shall include any and all Prime Broker Members on whose behalf it is authorised to enter into Give-up Transactions hereunder. The Prime Broker Client represents and warrants, with respect to each Prime Broker Member set forth on the list delivered to Finalto Asia by it in accordance with Section 10.1, that the Prime Broker Client has been authorised by such Prime Broker Member to enter into Give-up Transactions on behalf of such Prime Broker Member with each Counterparty so delineated on the list. The Prime Broker Client shall enter into the Give-up Transactions using its own Username and Password and shall not, under any circumstances, utilise the Username and Password provided by Finalto Asia to any of its Prime Broker Members.

  • Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.
