By signature on this contract, the contractor certifies that: 1) the contractor is not established and headquartered or incorporated and headquartered, in a country recognized as Tier 3 in the most recent United States Department of State’s Trafficking in Persons Report; or 2) if the contractor is established and headquartered or incorporated and headquartered, in a country recognized as Tier 3 in the most recent United States Department of State’s Trafficking in Persons Report, a certified copy of the contractor’s policy against human trafficking must be submitted to the State of Alaska prior to contract award.
